Leveling provides general fitness information and training suggestions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified health professional.
- Talk to a doctor first if you have (or suspect) a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, are new to intense exercise, or are over 45 and have been inactive.
- Train within your ability. The app derives loads from the numbers you enter; if something feels wrong, it is wrong — reduce the load or stop, whatever the plan says.
- Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, or sharp joint pain during training.
- The app’s injury features only exclude exercises based on what you report — they are a convenience, not a medical assessment or rehabilitation plan.
By using Leveling you confirm that you train voluntarily, at your own risk, and that you are physically able to do so.
