Terms of Service

1. The service

Leveling is a training app that generates hybrid strength, endurance, explosive-power, and mobility programming from benchmarks and feedback you provide. It is operated by [COMPANY NAME & ADDRESS — pending registration] (“we”).

2. Not medical advice

Leveling provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Read the Health notice — it is part of these terms. Consult a physician before starting any training program. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using equipment safely and choosing loads appropriate to your ability.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time (how).

4. Subscriptions

Parts of the app require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Prices, billing period, and any free trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, auto-renew until cancelled in your store account settings, and can be cancelled anytime with effect at the end of the paid period. 5. Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell, or access other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its training methodology, content, and branding remain ours. Your training data is yours; you grant us the processing rights needed to run the service (see Privacy Policy).

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Section 2 remains unaffected — you are responsible for training within your abilities.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
